In February, we celebrated Lachlan’s 16th birthday. He is now halfway through high school, fearlessly independent, and driving himself everywhere. As I watched him pull out of the driveway the other day, I found myself going down my own road of “remember when,” reflecting on just how quickly time has raced by.

Each season of motherhood has been a blessing and one that I will always cherish as the best chapter of my life. It has allowed me to see life through a completely different lens and has given me a sense of purpose and the kind of love I never knew existed before. The sleepless nights (and oh, there were many!), his chubby little hands I would hold, the bedtime conversations, and the everyday laughs we shared have all shaped a bond that time cannot take away.
