Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Because each Two Birds pendant is custom-made and engraved to meet the specific request of each customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. 

CANCELLATION & CHANGES

A full refund will be provided if your order is cancelled within 24 hours. If you cancel an order after we have sent your print kit, we will refund you the total paid minus the cost of the kit plus shipping - a total of $9.95. 

As each Two Birds pendant is custom-made, changes cannot be made once your piece has entered production. If you need to make any changes to your order, please make them no later than the time you upload your final prints. 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

In the unlikely scenario you receive goods which are damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@twobirdskeepsakes.com within 48 hours of receiving your order along with an image of the damage and/or fault, and proof of order. All pendants are quality checked and carefully packed prior to shipping.  

Our Two Birds Keepsakes team will review your claim and replace at our discretion based on an investigation.
