SHIPPING POLICY FOR JEWELLERY ITEMS

PROCESSING TIME:

Fingerprint and/or Inkless Print Kits, if requested with a jewellery order, are shipped within 1 business day of receiving the order. Once we receive your prints, it will take two weeks for our team to engrave, polish, package and complete your custom keepsake in our studio. This time frame doesn't include the return postage to the customer. Once the item has been shipped you will receive your Canada Post Express Post tracking number.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:

For shipping within Canada:

To BC, AB, SK, MB:
- Express (1-2 business days): $21.00
To ON, QC, Maritimes, Territories:
- Express (1-2 business days): $27.00

For shipping to the United States:

Express International (2-3 business days): $34.90
Tracked Package – USA (6 business days): $20.00

Fingerprint and Inkless Kits (shipped by standard mail upon request when ordering jewellery):

Standard Mail (3 - 9 business days)

Tracking Information:
Once your jewellery order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that Fingerprint and Inkless kits requested as part of a jewellery order are shipped via standard mail and do not include tracking.

International Shipping:
Please reach out to sales@twobirdskeepsakes.com before placing your order if you require shipping to a country outside of Canada or the United States, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Shipping Delays:
We strive to meet estimated delivery times, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier issues. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

Shipping to PO Boxes and Remote Locations:
For faster delivery, we recommend using a physical address, as some shipping options may not be available for P.O. boxes or remote areas.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST may be processed the following business day.

Canada Post Standard (3-9 business days): $4.95

Canada Post Standard (3-9 business days): $4.95

For shipping to the United States:

Canada Post Express Post International (2-3 business days): $34.90
Canada Post Standard International (4-8 business days): $12.00
Tracked Package – USA (6 business days): $20.00

Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information (where applicable). Please note that only Express and Tracked shipping options include full tracking.
