How do I order my jewellery?

You can order Original Fingerprint Pendants by calling 306 262 3533 to book an in person appointment, as Original Fingerprint Pendants need to be done in person. If ordering Ink Fingerprint Pendants those can be done online by uploading the print you have collected from using our ink kit. To order paw print pendants, hand prints/footprint pendants or original handwriting pendants, you can order online and upload your image and begin placing your order.

What products can I order online?

Inked fingerprints, paw prints, hand prints, foot prints + signatures. For the best results, we recommend you purchase our inkless print kits or ink print kit.

Will I see the fingerprint clearly?

The clarity of the print depends on age and genetics. It should be possible to get a really good fingerprint from even as young as 4 months. if you are having trouble getting a clear print, please reach out! We have a few tricks up our sleeve to help get a great print for us to be able to use.

Who will make my jewellery?

We do! Your jewellery will be made by our team right here in Saskatoon. Our jewellers have been fully trained in the art of making our gorgeous keepsakes. We are committed to keeping these precious pendants made locally by our team.

Do you use moulds for your fingerprint pieces?

Depending on the style of pendant you chose the method of collecting the print will change. If ordering Original Fingerprint pendants the fingerprints can be taken directly into the silver if you live local to Saskatoon of or via a silicone mould if you live outside of the Saskatoon area. The direct fingerprint method means that you get the best possible print in terms of detail, shape and that your piece has been touched by your loved one.  The Inked print pendants are created using our signature 16mm circle pendant from a print that has been collected on paper using our ink kit.

Are the pendants made of silver?

The original fingerprint pendants are made from fine silver; the remainder of our collection is made with sterling silver.

How should I care for my jewellery?

You can remove light tarnish using a soft polishing cloth. If your piece becomes more tarnished, polish with silver polishing cream around the print/engraving. Chains can be cleaned by using a silver dip available at most jewellery or department stores. Dipping the pendant into any cleaner will remove both the antiquing and engraving , so this is not recommended and should be avoided.
