Sterling Silver: Our sterling silver pendants are made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals. Also referred to as .925, sterling silver is long-lasting and durable.18k Gold Vermeil: Pronounced ver-may, vermeil is a French jewellery technique where .925 sterling silver is covered with a thick layer of gold. In order to be considered vermeil, the gold must be over 10k and plated to be 2.5 microns (five times thicker than normal plated jewellery).

Jewellery Care

Avoid contact with excess water and steam and do not wear in the shower, while bathing, or swimming
Remove pendant before applying perfumes or creams
Protect your jewellery from extreme sunlight and temperatures
Remove if you will be exposed to chemicals
Remove before physical exercise
When not wearing, store your pendant in the microfibre pouch it came in

Every piece of jewelry is shipped via express, tracked shipping.

Because each piece is custom-made and engraved to meet the specific request of each customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Place your order and within one business day your Fingerprint Ink Strip Kit (if requested) will be on its way to you.

Get the perfect print by following our detailed instructions or watch our video.

Choose the clearest prints and upload photos using the QR code.

Once we receive your print, production starts right away! Your personalized pendant will be engraved in our Saskatoon studio.

Commonly Asked Questions

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, your print kit (if requested) will be mailed within 24 hours. After you’ve taken your prints, simply upload clear, close-up photos of each print using the QR code in your kit. We’ll review your images and confirm once they’re approved.

From the time your prints are accepted, please allow up to 2 weeks for your custom piece to be made and shipped.
Need it sooner? Reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Where do you ship from? Do you ship internationally?

We are a Canadian-based business and currently only ship within Canada.

Yes! We will ship your print kit immediately, and you can upload your prints when you are ready.
