Once you place your order, your print kit (if requested) will be mailed within 24 hours. After you’ve taken your prints, simply upload clear, close-up photos of each print using the QR code in your kit. We’ll review your images and confirm once they’re approved.

From the time your prints are accepted, please allow up to 2 weeks for your custom piece to be made and shipped.

Sterling Silver: Our sterling silver pendants are made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals. Also referred to as .925, sterling silver is long-lasting and durable.

18k Gold Vermeil: Pronounced ver-may, vermeil is a French jewellery technique where .925 sterling silver is covered with a thick layer of gold. In order to be considered vermeil, the gold must be over 10k and plated to be 2.5 microns (five times thicker than normal plated jewellery).

Yes! We will ship your print kit immediately, and you can upload your prints when you are ready.
