What you'll need

Create your printing surface
Using your pencil, scribble a dark shaded patch onto the white paper.

Coat Your Fingertip
Gently rub your fingertip in the shaded area until it is evenly covered and appears dirty.

Lift the Fingerprint
Press a piece of clear tape (sticky side down) onto your fingertip, then slowly peel it away.

Transfer & Photograph the Print
Place the tape (sticky side down) onto white paper and take a clear, close-up photo of the fingerprint.

Helpful Hint
It may take more than one try to get a good print! Try different fingers if needed. Once you find a print you are happy with, upload three separate files for us to review.
